APEX Surface Care Partners with Inspirotec to Offer Airborne COVID-19 Testing Device
Grapevine, Texas, March 19, 2021 – APEX Surface Care, the nation’s most experienced, reliable and sustainable commercial surface care company, today announced a partnership with Inspirotec Inc. to offer AirAnswers®, an innovative device that measures indoor air quality and validates health and safety protocols. APEX is the first surface care company in the nation to bring this revolutionary product to commercial facility managers.
AirAnswers is the only commercially available air sampling device that collects and measures all biological particles, including bacteria and viruses such as the coronavirus that causes COVID-19, down to 0.1 microns. AirAnswers also monitors for invisible allergens and mold particles that can trigger health issues like asthma attacks or cardiovascular distress.
“We are excited to introduce AirAnswers to our clients across the country so they can breathe easy as employees return to the office,” said Thomas Holland, CEO of APEX Surface Care. “Many property and facility managers have implemented more stringent cleaning and disinfecting protocols, as well as costly HVAC upgrades, during the COVID-19 pandemic. AirAnswers provides the data they need to validate these enhancements and provide peace of mind to employees and visitors.”
Through this new partnership, APEX will provide the AirAnswers device as well as testing and monitoring services. Clients will be able to track ongoing test results via APEX’s best-in-class CF360 enterprise client portal. Clients who combine ongoing infection prevention services from APEX with AirAnswers will receive an easy-to-read “Building Health” report that includes not only metrics surrounding quality of service and cost avoidance, but also air quality test results that indicate the presence or absence of disease-causing viruses and bacteria.
“APEX has built a strong reputation as a company that cares about the health of buildings and the people inside them,” said Inspirotec Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Julian Gordon. “Both of our companies work to ensure a better quality of life through safer air. Through this partnership, we can improve the health and happiness of working Americans.”
