We recently received some good news: ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, announced that APEX Surface Care had achieved Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) and CIMS-Green Building (GB) certification with honors. We not only demonstrated that we are a professional, credible and customer-focused organization capable of delivering a comprehensive green cleaning program, but we did so while scoring 100% in every category.
CIMS-GB certified organizations must meet the industry standard in six core areas—quality systems; service delivery; human resources; health, safety and environmental stewardship; management commitment; and green building—and undergo a comprehensive assessment of management and operational execution. APEX is one of just a few specialty care providers nationwide to attain this status.
