APEX Surface Care announced today the promotion of Kathy Reed to strategic accounts relationship manager. Reed manages the scheduling and logistics of the company’s strategic account clients throughout the United States and Canada.
Reed joined APEX in 2011 as national account manager. She has been recognized for her work a number of times throughout her 10 years with the company. In her very first year, she was named Corporate Floors Employee of the Year (APEX Surface Care is a member of the Corporate Floors family of brands). She received the 2014 Service Excellence Award, which is awarded to the employee most committed to client satisfaction based on customer surveys. In 2018, Reed was promoted to national account service manager.
